Today’s cyclodextrin:
Health Canada | Santé Canada has amended the “List of Permitted Emulsifying, Gelling, Stabilizing or Thickening Agents” to allow for the use of α-cyclodextrin in foods like, but not limited to: beverage whiteners, unstandardized dips, unstandardized bakery products, unstandardized dressing for salads, and yogurt.
